Red Meat

One of Bree's favorite food is steak. And like a true red meat connoisseur, she prefers it cooked between medium-rare and medium . I season it with salt and pepper, and panfry it with olive oil and loads of butter. If Bree doesn't see "red" in the cross-section of her steak, she gets upset, and wouldn't eat the meat. So, i have to be make sure her steak is medium rare.
